Can't download my tax product. Keep getting redirected to sign in screen.

I cannot access my downloads.  The download link (Turbotax Advantage-  turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/advantage/) keeps redirecting me to the front page (sign up or sign in) on three different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Edge).  I can sign into my Intuit account (accounts-tax.intuit.com/), but under products and billing, it lists all my products through the years, but when I click on the arrow, I get:

Something's not quite right

It's been more than a few minutes.  What's happening?  Is the website down?  I'm on Mac OS 11.2.3
