I talked to a specialist on the phone who screen shared, they stated that after the amendment it shows i now owe over 5k, when the turbo tax system shows me getting a return which is accurate. I filed taxes on 2/16, IRS still shows pending but both have been accepted. I have received nothing in the mail at all and my address is current. I was told i would receive a call back the same evening after 2 different people who work with the software were to look. I have not heard back in over a week and nothing has been resolved. Is there anything i can do? Its been sent off and i do not want to run into issues with taxes and returns. Please help me someone.
