OK. My first answer above told one method to get to the Form 1099-R interview. I have no idea how you ended up in the W-2 interview by mistake if you followed my instructions exactly like I outlined them. So try this alternate method:
With your return open, go to the left menu column.
Click on the TAX TOOLS tab, then when the menu expands click the TOOLS tab that's underneath it.
In the Tools popup window click on the blue button TOPIC SEARCH.
In the Topic Search window enter 1099-R in that search line.
Then in the selection list highlight 1099-R and click GO.
The next screen should ask "Did you get a 1099-R in 2020?"
When you say "yes", that starts the 1099-R interview.
