I purchased a turbo tax at Sams club in January 2021. I just used turbo tax when i made my 2020 tax 3 days ago. While working on it, Turbo keeps offering me to purchase Turbo products. i cannot finish my tax if I will not purchase so I did and cost me $210 (with the charge of $40 for efiling. Since when there was a charge for efiling? I want a refund of the Turbo I bought at Sams club in the amt of $29.88 (with discount of $10 and the $40 charge to me for efiling. Another tax specialist told me that the $40 for efiing is a choice. if it is free why should I buy $40? If you want to see my receipt I still have it. Receipt # [phone number removed] 1/22/21.
