An issue I've encountered this year for TT Home & Business 2020 dload version is that two of the screens for buying another state are too large for the display and are not Windows convention compliant. These particular screens will not resize the font with ctrl- and ctrl+, and the corners or top and bottom cannot be grabbed with the cursor. Here's my workaround:
Let's get your billing address screen
After after entering your phone number, hit <tab> 4 times
then hit <enter>.
The next screen will be ok.
Great! Let's review your order screen
Click on a non-linked area of the screen.
Hit <tab> repeatedly until the first Edit in the upper left quadrant is highlighted.
Hit <tab> 7 times, then hit <enter>
The screens after this will be ok.
