In the NJ return, you come to a screen "You've Finished your NJ Return".
- Scroll down to taxes and credits, select Update
- Let's start property tax, continue
- Do you meet all requirements? Yes
- Eligibility, yes
- Select homeowner or correct button, continue
- Keep selecting/ entering the right answer as you move through
