Thank you, Steam Train! I ran into the same problem with Home and Business, and thought my TT was defective. In fact, it was my State's Comptroller's Office, which, as you pointed out, did not update the box numbers to the 2020 version. As a result, my State tax withheld never got entered during the interview process (because 2020 has no Box 12 for it), and I nearly lost out on a fat State tax refund! I owe you one.
