I have a small real estate (crowd) investment. The company did give me an "estimate" that shows Line 4B and Line 13.
My question is
1) should I file taxes with the estimate and then amend later if I need to? OR
2) file for extension ?
3) do something else?
I am using Turbo Tax 2020 software
