you started correctly with a non-deductible basis for 2019,
now do the same for traditional IRA contribution for 2020.
Your basis will be $14,000.
Then enter your 1099-R.
Hit Continue and tell TurboTax you converted it all to Roth IRA.
That's all there is to it.
