Hello, I am a TN Visa holder, I am about to start working for a company in the US in June 2021, I will be there for two months to do administrative stuff and the company onboarding, I am supposed to move to California, but since they allow work from home I was thinking to come back to Mexico to work from there until the office opens again.
Is that possible? or I will have problems related to taxes/medical care.
I have read things about that I should stay in the US for at least 32 days in the first year and 183 days in total for a period of 3 years, is that true?
