Should I pay taxes as an au pair who was working in CT... also, I have been in the USA before with a J1 visa...?
I was an au pair in 2018 but I have been in the USA before under an J1 visa... but the previous year 2018 I earned less than $4.000 USD. In this case should I pay taxes?
