I am trying to file my tax return for 2020 because I received a W-2 form. My tax refund for 2020 got rejected because my AGI for 2019 isn't correct.

Why is TurboTax saying that my AGI for 2019 is not correct even though it says what it is on my 1040 form? Is it because my AGI for 2019 isn't showing how many cents after the AGI figure? For example on my 1040 form for 2019, it shows that my AGI is exactly $7,345 (rounded to the nearest whole number). Is my AGI supposed to be for example like $7,345.07 (.07 is the cents amount), without rounding it to the nearest whole number? Is that why Turbotax is rejecting it?

The problem is, is that I am currently out of the US and I don't have a copy of my actual W-2 form for 2019, and I can't request it online from the IRS because I don't own a credit card anymore, nor do I have any student loans, auto loan fees, or mortgage loan fees.

Someone help me and answer my questions based on everything I gave, please.

Thank you
