I'm having a real problem with Intuit, I purchased my Turbotax CD from Costco (Store located in Manassas, VA) because it is easier to use the CD then to download the software. I tried that with my 2019 return and it was not easy or cheap. I did a check of the charges on my Visa account and discovered that Intuit had again charged my Visa for the software to do my 2020 tax return. Intuit charged my credit card for TURBOTAX ($110.00) on November 5th. 2020. Now Intuit wants to charge me for the third time to get my 2020 taxes done. I need to talk to a person that can explain what Intuit is attempting to achieve with this practice. I can be reached by Cell phone if you call [phone number removed].
