Please clarify what you are referring to. Are you trying to access a 2019 return? Are you using TurboTax desktop software (CD/download), and if so, are you using the Windows or Mac version? Did you password-protect a *.tax2019 data file, and now can't open the data file?
Or are you referring to Online TurboTax and having trouble logging into an Online account?
