This thread goes back at least 2 years and is at least 5 pages long with a lot of users posting in this cluttered old thread with their issues. Is your "same problem" that you are still awaiting your Federal refund? Was your efiled Federal return accepted for processing, but has remained in processing at the IRS for an unusual length of time?

There are a lot of delays this year due to pandemic-related staff shortages, increased burden of stimulus payments, busy tax season, etc. And anything in one's return that triggered a manual review has caused long delays in processing.
