Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I bought TurboTax disk from Fremont Costco to file my tax return on 4/24/2021. I sent efile at 11:30 AM, but got reject information. I tried to fix it (it should be free of charge). Maybe I tried a wrong way through website support, and could not go through. However, I still am charged $130.

 

Then I realized I should open the original TurboTax file to fix the issue. Finally, my return had been accepted at 8:20 PM.

 

I just want to refund the $130. Since I didn't get through website support.

 

I would greatly appreciate your consideration.

 

BTW: I have been a client of TurboTax for more than ten year, but 1st time meets this issue.
