I e-filed my fed and I owed x amount. When I pulled it back up on my computer to pay it, the amount changed to substantially less owed. Which do I pay?

I e-filed my fed and I owed x amount. When I pulled it back up on my computer to pay it, the amount changed to substantially less owed. Which do I pay?
I believe it had to do with the unemployment amount received. Should I pay the filed amount due?
