This is a public Internet forum. Do not post any personal info in the user community forum. It looks like the forum privacy filter redacted the personal info for your protection. It's not needed here in the forum and could expose you to spam/scams.
Has it been 45 days yet since your friend filed? It takes that long to get the email with the e-certificate after the friend filed.

First, read the info on how the offer works, how long it takes, etc.
Then lower down in the FAQ are some blue subtopics. The last one is "What if I referred a friend, they completed their taxes with TurboTax, but I never got a reward." That section tells you how to reach TurboTax Support.
