Hi I just had a sharing screen session with a specialist on chat. I am sure he looked a while at the page with my name, SSN, and home address. Is this common?

If it is common that the filer's name/ssn/address info is visible to live chat, I would not feel bad. But this is the first time I use Turbotax, and so have no idea whether it is OK.
