Transmission Error - TurboTax Desktop for Mac

The desktop program says "Your Transmission Didn't Go Through" and the explanation is that "there is an update available for your program.  Before you can e-file you'll need to get the update.  To do this, go to the Turbotax menu and select Check for Updates."

 

HOWEVER, when I check for updates, it tells me that everything is up-to-date and there are NO updates available.   So???

 

How can I resolve this?
