we are in that zone. 159K 2019; 149K 2020. Stimulus check was sent for 4 of us based on 2019. based on 2020 taxes, we are owed a difference of $3k for stimulus.
How do we recapture that?
We have filed taxes for 2020; it's still processing after 5 weeks. IRS said to file an amended return; but is that right? has anyone else dealt with this? I've also heard that the IRS will automatically revise the amount and send it to us. ??? thanks for your thoughts.
