• I selected "Continue" and then "No" (i.e., not wanting more time to pay).
• I didn't have any actual overrides.  I had simply entered 0 manually in Sch. H, line 8d after deleting the amount that automatically populated that line (from SmartWorksheet line B).
• I have uploaded a diagnostic .tax2020 file.  How do I securely send you the token number?
