Answer did not help. I found the form on the Forms menu and deleted the form for miscellaneous income but the amount still showed up on the summary screen in the last section of income. I refiled anyway hoping that deleting the form would work but it did not. My returns were rejected again for the fourth time. The reason for rejection is shown as duplicate 1099R s but I have checked several times and there is no duplication on my 1099Rs but there is in the 1099Misc and 1099NEC. The 1099NEC is the correct one but I Turbo Tax will not allow me to delete the erroneous 1099Misc. State of Hawaii deadline is close on 4/20 and I am stuck with a junk Turbo Tax.
