This experience should be resolved by taking the following actions. Your rental property is used 100% for business based on your comments. The Property General Information is where the change must take place.
- In TurboTax, search (upper right) for rentals (plural) > Press enter > select the Jump to..... link at the top of the search results.
- Follow the on-screen instructions as you proceed through the rental and royalties section.
- Select the property where you want to change the number of days rented > Edit
- Select Edit next to Rental property info
- Select Edit under Rental type and usage beside Days rented
