@Lortiz2 - appreciate you are getting the runaround from the IRS, but can you share what is actually on your tax return??? I agree that babies born in 2020 are eligible for the rebate, and maybe we can help you with the right ammunition in your next call with the IRS. Can you please answer these questions and so we can see what the issue really is?
1) What is on Line 30 of your tax return?
2) how much was each of your first two stimulus payments?
3) what was your 2020 filing status (joint, single, etc.)
4) how many children do you have under the age of 17 as of 12/31/20?
5) on your tax return look over to the right of Baby's name - there is a small box under the words "CTC", please confirm that box is checked.
