You will enter all of this on one W-2 in the federal section of TurboTax. Boxes 1-14 will be as they appear on your Federal W-2. When you get to the state section (lines 15-17) first enter your home state information, then choose Add another row and add your second state information. Ignore the "TOTAL STATE" entries on the Federal W-2. See the screenshot.
