why do you think the other state is 'messed up'?
what are the two states we are dealing with?
there should be two lines (one for each state) on the W-2 and the total of box 16 entries should match what is in box 1. Please confirm that is true.
are there withholdings for each state? (and if you answer is no, are you absolutely sure your employer withheld taxes doe each state - some don't) Please confirm there are withholdings for each state.
Assuming nothing is 'messed up' Turbo Tax will handle this situation with no problem as long as you answer the questions correctly and key in the W-2 exactly as it is printed.
