You can try clearing your Temporary file folder. To remove temporary files on Windows 10, use these steps:
- Open Settings on Windows 10.
- Click on System.
- Click on Storage.
- Under the “Local Disk” section, click the Temporary files option.
- Select the temporary files you want to remove.
- Click the Remove files button.
If that does not work, you may need to do a restart. Before you do that, hold down the CTRL key and press S. This should save your information in TurboTax.
