You're welcome. I'm just a fellow user, not a tax expert, but I don't think anyone will know anything about your next tax filing since no one knows your situation. But the fact that you got a larger refund shouldn't have anything to do with it.
By the way, after you finish entering your payments in that section, when you review your return before filing, be sure the payments show up on your 2020 Form 1040, Line 26.
