Thanks DoninGA, that workaround allowed me to find and confirm my bank information and intended withdrawal date. (I can't understand why TT would make it so complicated and counter-intuitive to recover that data.) The IRS was supposed to withdraw funds on March 26, 2021, but nothing has happened more than two weeks later. I'll have to try the IRS phone number in the article that Annette suggested above.
