The problem is that I use TT to e-file and direct debit of my tax payment. TT has yet to allow Texas residents to have direct deduction from a bank account after 5/17/2021 even though Texas residents are given the extended deadline of 6/15/2021 due to the cold weather disaster. It has been many weeks since this option became available and yet TT has yet to make this change. It refuses a direct deduction scheduled for later than 5/17, Texas resident or not.
