Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Yeah, my TT 2020 keeps CRASHING too when I click Begin Return, says "Looks like we've run into a error".

Sorry you're having trouble.  This is user community forum, so maybe folks here can suggest something.  You said you are using the Windows version.

Instead of clicking "Begin return", does it also crash when you do this?  Launch TurboTax, then at the main screen go to top left corner of the TurboTax interface, click on the FILE menu, and in the dropdown choose "New Tax Return."

We don't know what all you have tried.  Have you tried running a "repair?"

Or have you tried an uninstall/reinstall?  If I were going to uninstall/reinstall, I would download the latest installation file to use.   i.e., I would download a new instance of the installation file.   If you're installing from a CD, it's an early release, and the downloaded installation file may be a later release, especially if it was originally purchased from TurboTax.   If you're using a CD, we can tell you how to get a download instead.
