Thank you so much for your response. However, pls note that form IT-249 shows the LTC credit on line 3; but it is NOT carried to line 23. According to the instructions, Line 23 includes the amount from line 14 to 22; i.e. excludes the LTC included in line 3. Can you help me on how can I correct this so the credit is carried to IT 201 in line 42 as a credit as it was included last year? thank you so much!
