I checked with IRS to get a transcript of 2019 Federal Return to access AGI, but when I reviewed the years available, 2019 is not available. Last year available is 2018. I know a return was processed as I have a copy from Turbo Tax for 2019 and IRS cashed my check. My understanding is that there may be millions of tax returns that have not been processed for 2019 because of the pandemic, but that doesn't help me trying to file electronically. If the IRS is that far behind, my only option seems to be to change filling from e-file to mail.
