Box 19 states 54.10 (my employer says it's for CASDI.) Box 18 says ZERO, and TurboTax then posts an error message; saying my forms cannot be filed electronically because "local withholding cannot be more than half of local wages." To further complicate things, there is no locality name in Box 20.
This has happened several years in a row with this employer causing me to mail my return in. Is there any way that I can fix it so that I can file electronically? My employer is no help!
