Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Nothing worked for me, spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday with TT customer service.  She told me to call  Microsoft.  Based on one commenter from several months ago, I turned off VIPRE and TT updated successfully.  Turned antivirus back on immediately after update.  Like others, I've used TT for 10+ years without this update issue (I've had VIPRE installed for 3+ years too).  TT, please fix this before next year's software!
