We don't know the context for your question, such as what prompted it, what any roadblock/error is, etc. Are you in the process of installing, or are you wanting to download an installation file, or what?
Did the program install OK, but at the end of installation, is the activation screen not appearing or is blank or has missing elements? If the activation screen is not appearing at the end, or is blank or partially blank (missing elements), then it's likely a Windows display setting that needs tweaking (scaling or screen resolution). We can tell you the details, when your issue becomes clear. Are you using the Windows version?
