You can enter your IRS Identity protection PIN under Other Tax Situations section of TurboTax. While in your return:
- Go to Search at the top of the screen.
- Enter "Identity Protection PIN" in the search box.
- You will see a Jump To function that will take you to the Identity Protection PIN input screens.
- There add your Identity Protection PIN.
You will not be able to change banking deposit information if you do not have a refund. If you have a balance due, you would be able to add the banking information for direct debit to pay your 2020 balance due. This would be added in the File section of TurboTax.
