We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please tell us your rejection code or description of why your return was rejected?
You may have received an ACTION NEEDED! email from turbotax@intuit.com. Sometimes, this give you a brief explanation of your reject and how to update it. This is common for the more "popular" IRS rejections. You can also sign in to your TurboTax account and select Fix my return to see your reject code and explanation.
