@Bang4dabuck Please take note of these Windows Requirements:
Processor: Pentium 4 or Athlon or later
Hard Drive Space
- 2020: 1 GB for TurboTax (plus up to 4.5 GB for Microsoft .NET 4.5.2 if not already installed)
Please don't overlook the processor requirement and the 4.5 GB for the Microsoft .NET. These 2 reasons are, most likely, why your computer is not compatible.
