My federal and state returns were rejected with the error code
This is because I had originally sent in my federal return through Free 1040 Tax Return. Tax laws had changed so I sent it again with the state return from TurboTax, using the Deluxe program. I was advised I needed to change the form of payment for the federal form and mail it.
I can't find the way to change the form of payment and want to know if I have to mail both returns now, or just the federal that I sent in twice?
