How do I handle a situation where a person gets unemployment and has taxes taken from it. And because of the unemployment tax relief bill the unemployment compensation that was paid (which is less than the 10,200) is no longer treated as income and they don't have any other compensation to cover the taxes they paid on the unemployment.
