live in FL with no state tax, however, I worked in Georgia as a non resident during the grant-to-vest period of my RSU so I have $2,643.97 reported on my W-2 in box 16 and 152.03 in box 17 for Georgia, do I have to file Georgia state tax for this year? if I do file since my Georgia income is 1.6% of my total box 1 income W-2 income, 1.06% of my itemized deductions from schedule A is $658, could get all the $152 tax paid refunded?
