I have entered the correct Adjusted Gross Income but it still continues to get rejected. I paper filed in 2019 and the IRS still has not processed it. Can I get help?

How am I supposed to file for 2021 when they still haven't processed my filing of 2020? I need help! I still haven't received stimulus checks either.
