As long as you haven't paid your TurboTax fees yet, you can remove the Max benefits.
Please follow the instructions below:
- Select File on the left.
- Continue until you get to Step 1 Review your order, then select Start.
- When you get to your order summary, scroll down to Max Benefits, click on Remove at the bottom of the section.
- On the following screen, select Remove MAX to confirm you want to remove those benefits.
That will remove the Max Benefits and adjust your total fees.
