Additionally, I was wondering if when my 2019 Federal and State tax returns are received and processed, will that trigger eligibility to receive my first stimulus check I that would have received had my returns been filed last year, or do I now miss out on that first stimulus check since I'm filing late even though I am expecting a refund on both my Federal and State 2019 tax returns?
