Sorry that you are having an issue with the IRS. TurboTax does not issue refunds or Stimulus checks. TurboTax is a tax preparation platform. If you have submitted your return to the IRS, then TurboTax is out of the picture. IRS is forbidden to discuss your information with TurboTax because of privacy laws.
However, you will receive your money credited to the additional refunds when the IRS processes your return. TurboTax cannot give you a date when the IRS will process your return. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund.
