You didn't provide any details, so we don't yet know what you are referring to. You need to provide enough details that we know what you are talking about. And are you using the Windows or Mac product, and what operating system version?
When you launch TurboTax, is it asking you to reactivate, even though you activated it previously? If so, we may be able to help you resolve that. Or is it something else?
