WTF is wrong with TT NY State 2020? It's riddled with problems. It asked me to confirm my home address. TT said we have ,, as your home address. That's right, two commas. Yet, I have finished my federal return and one other state return. TT doesn't know my address?

Should it say 2019? Or what? How can I complete this return when it's riddled with so many errors I don't know what I'm answering. And I have to pay TT rip off price of $45 for each additional state return. WTF is wrong? New Mexico return wasn't problematic.
