Paper File Payment question: can i just pay with paytaxesusa etc payment processor and not send a check?

Wondering if I have to send a check in, or can I just send in the paper return and pay by payment processor ?

And if I do use the payment processor, do I still send the paper return to the return center that processes the payments also even though not sending payment? or does it go to the other processing center then instead?
